The Company and all the staff are fully committed to the principle of honesty, integrity and fair play and act with due skill, care and diligence, in the delivery of services and products to the public in the best interest of the Company and its customers. Employees shall not engage in any professional misconduct including dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misinterpretation or commit any act that reflects adversely on his/her honesty, trustworthiness or professional competence.

All staff should ensure that the business operations, applications for services, procurement or staff recruitment, are dealt with in an open, fair and impartial manner.

Communicate information to customers in a way that is clear, fair and not misleading.

Pay due regard to customer`s interest, by treating them fairly.
