Safwan has a values-based Ethics and Compliance Program, which is a vital part of the way we conduct ourselves. It is Safwan’s policy to deliver healthcare services in compliance with all applicable state laws and international regulations, and we expect that our employees, affiliates, contractors and Business Partners adhere to these standards. We place the utmost importance upon our reputation for honesty, integrity and high ethical standards.


To promote commitment to these standards, Safwan has an active Ethics and Compliance Program. The Program is designed to help individuals working for and doing business at, or on behalf of, Safwan understands their role in supporting and encouraging ethical and compliant conduct. The program provides a mechanism for addressing and resolving compliance questions and concerns. To continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Program, Safwan has an Ethics and Compliance Officer.


As part of the Ethics and Compliance Program, Safwan also maintains an Integrity Help Line: (00965 – 22276871).


The Integrity Help Line is a toll-free number, staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is a means for Safwan to receive anonymous reports from anyone who has an ethics or compliance concern. All calls to this helpline number are investigated and handled in a confidential manner.

The Ethics and Compliance Program has the unequivocal support of management and strives to maintain a culture of upholding all laws and regulations and delivering quality care to the Customers in a most respectful way.
